Infor shipping software for parcels can be a label service beside the ERP. GoatLabels takes Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) shipments as a CSV file of up to 500 rows or as a REST API call, rate-shops USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, and costs $0 on Free or $40 a month on Pro. It has no native Infor connector.
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL quoted side by side on each parts or sample parcel, from one account with no carrier contracts to open.
Each label debits a prepaid wallet and writes a dated ledger line that carries the customer order or job number you sent.
Infor SyteLine shipping software usually comes down to a parcel shipping app from the Infor Marketplace, an enterprise multi-carrier system, typing shipments into carrier websites, or a file and API handoff to a label service. GoatLabels is the last of these. Vendor facts were checked on 2026-10-06 and are sourced below the table.

Infor shipping software is whatever turns a shipment in Infor CloudSuite or SyteLine into a carrier label and returns the tracking number and cost. For parcels, Infor multi-carrier shipping is usually an add-on: the Infor Marketplace has a multi-carrier shipping software category, and plants buy an app there, fund an enterprise system, or hand the work to a label service.
GoatLabels is the label service route. It does not sit inside Infor. Your team sends it the ship-to address, weight, and order number, it quotes four carriers, and it prints the label. That suits a plant that ships spare parts, samples, and small orders as parcels and does not want an integration project for them.
CloudSuite Industrial has a To Excel option on the Actions menu that saves the collection on a form to a spreadsheet. Filter the form to the shipments that are ready, save the result, keep the columns the importer needs, and save it as CSV. Check with your Infor admin that your role can use it.
GoatLabels imports up to 500 rows per file and prints Infor CloudSuite Industrial shipping labels from that one upload. If a row is wrong, the error names the row and the field, and the other rows still go through. A bad postal code on one customer order holds back that order only, so the afternoon pickup is not waiting on a single fix.
Yes, if someone on your side builds the call. Infor OS has an API Gateway, called ION API, where authorized applications use a credentials file, and ION supports API flows. A flow or a small script can read a released shipment and call the GoatLabels REST API to create it, read the quotes, and buy a label.
The GoatLabels API has unlimited calls on every plan, live and test keys, and Idempotency-Key support, so a retry after a timeout does not buy a second label. Tracking returns on signed webhooks that can be replayed. GoatLabels does not publish an Infor app, so your team owns that flow or script.
Send the customer order or job number as the reference on each shipment. Every label debits the quoted amount from the prepaid wallet and writes a dated ledger line carrying that reference. Export the ledger and you have freight cost per order to bill back or post against a job.
An order packed in several cartons produces several labels, each its own ledger line with the same reference. Carrier re-weigh adjustments post to the same ledger. GoatLabels does not write into Infor on its own; your import, flow, or script does the posting from the ledger export or the API.
It is the wrong choice if you need a shipping screen inside Infor, your own negotiated carrier rates, LTL or freight booking, hazmat handling, retailer compliance labels, SSO, or an SLA. GoatLabels offers none of those. It is parcel only, on USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and an international network.
A plant that ships mostly pallets, or that must ship on a customer's carrier account under a routing guide, should look at a Marketplace app or an enterprise multi-carrier system instead. GoatLabels fits SyteLine parcel shipping around that: service parts, samples, and small orders leaving from US or Singapore origins.

Infor already holds the ship-to, the cartons, and the order number. A flow or script on your side can pass them to the REST API at release time and get quotes from four carriers back. Every plan includes unlimited calls, live and test keys, Idempotency-Key support, signed replayable webhooks, and rate-limit headers.
