B2B ecommerce shipping software turns storefront orders from company accounts into carrier labels and keeps the cost tied to the purchase order. GoatLabels pulls orders from 13 store connectors or a CSV, rate-shops USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL per parcel, and costs $0 on Free or $40 a month flat on Pro. It is parcel only and does not book LTL or freight.
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL quoted together on each carton of a storefront order, from one account with no carrier contracts to set up.
Each label debits the quoted amount to a dated ledger entry that carries the purchase order or customer reference you set.
Shipping software for B2B ecommerce comes in four shapes: the platform's own label feature, a shipping app from the platform marketplace, an enterprise multi-carrier system, or a label service fed by a connector, a file, or an API. GoatLabels is the last kind. The table shows where each route fits and where GoatLabels stops.

B2B ecommerce shipping software is the tool that takes an order placed by a business buyer on your storefront and produces the carrier labels, tracking, and cost record for it. The order looks different from a consumer order: it belongs to a company account, carries a purchase order number, often ships to one of several locations, and may leave in more than one carton.
B2B storefront shipping labels have to respect those details: the label goes to the right ship-to, each carton gets its own label, and the shipping cost stays attached to the PO so finance can bill or absorb it on purpose.
B2B order shipping labels start with the order arriving in one of three ways: a store connector, a CSV file, or an API call. GoatLabels has 13 store connectors, including Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, and Walmart, so paid orders on those stores sync in without a file.
Orders that do not reach you through a connector, such as orders from a platform outside the 13, come in through a bulk CSV import of up to 500 rows per file. Errors name the row and field, and one bad row does not fail the batch. A developer can also call the REST API, which has unlimited calls on every plan.
One order can produce several labels in GoatLabels, and each label is its own ledger line with the same reference. A six-carton wholesale order therefore shows six dated debits under one PO number, which is what an accounts team needs to check a freight line on an invoice.
For a buyer with many ship-to addresses, such as a chain restocking its branches, put one row per destination in a CSV with the same PO in the reference column. Each parcel is rate-shopped on its own, so a light carton and a heavy one can ship with different carriers.
The buyer's payment terms and your label payment are separate. Your store or ERP invoices the buyer on net terms, while GoatLabels debits each label from a prepaid wallet at the moment you buy it, funded by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, or crypto.
Because every debit carries your reference, you can export the ledger and add the actual freight to the invoice before it goes out, or post it to a cost center if shipping is included in the price. Carrier re-weigh adjustments post to the same ledger. GoatLabels does not write into your store or ERP automatically.
It is the wrong fit if your B2B orders mostly ship on pallets, if you must use your own negotiated carrier contracts, or if retailers require GS1-128 carton labels and EDI documents, because GoatLabels does none of those. It prints carrier parcel labels only.
It also has no sub-accounts, SSO, SLA, phone support, or dedicated account manager. Teams with those requirements usually need an enterprise multi-carrier system. As wholesale ecommerce shipping software, GoatLabels suits B2B stores whose orders leave as parcels and that want four carriers quoted without a contract.

If your B2B store is custom or headless, a small service can call the REST API when an order is approved: create the shipment, read four carrier quotes, and buy one. Calls are unlimited on every plan, with live and test keys, Idempotency-Key support, signed replayable webhooks, an OpenAPI 3.1 spec, and rate-limit headers.
