BigCommerce B2B shipping software turns company-account orders in your store into carrier labels. GoatLabels connects to BigCommerce natively, rate-shops USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL on every parcel, and costs $0 a month on Free or $40 flat on Pro. It reads normal store orders; it does not claim special handling for B2B Edition quotes or company credit, and it is parcel only.
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL quoted side by side on every BigCommerce parcel, from one account with no carrier contracts to open.
Each label debits the quoted amount from a prepaid wallet to a dated ledger line that carries your order or PO reference.
A BigCommerce B2B store has four realistic routes to a label: the USPS label feature in the control panel, a shipping app from the App Marketplace, an enterprise multi-carrier system, or GoatLabels, which gives BigCommerce multi-carrier shipping from one account and bills a prepaid wallet; you cannot bring your own carrier rates. Vendor facts were checked against BigCommerce help pages on 2026-10-06.

BigCommerce B2B shipping software is the tool that takes an order placed by a company account in your BigCommerce store and produces the carrier labels for it. B2B Edition adds company management, company credit, quotes, a purchase order payment method, and a company address book on top of the store.
The help pages we read do not describe those features printing a label, so BigCommerce B2B Edition shipping needs its own tool. Once the order exists, someone still has to pick a carrier, buy postage for each carton, and get tracking to the buyer. Shipping software does that part, and for wholesale orders it has to cope with several cartons and a PO number per order.
Orders arrive through the native BigCommerce store connector, one of 13 store connectors in GoatLabels. Connect the store once and store orders sync in, ready to rate-shop across USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
GoatLabels treats them as normal store orders. It does not claim to read B2B Edition quotes, credit balances, or approval states. If part of your wholesale volume lives outside the order list, BigCommerce exports order details as CSV files, and the bulk importer accepts up to 500 rows per file and names the row and field of any error.
Yes. GoatLabels can produce several BigCommerce wholesale shipping labels for one order, and each label is its own ledger line carrying the same order reference. A twelve-carton restock to a retailer becomes twelve parcels that finance can still total by order.
Each carton is rate-shopped across USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL with one all-in number per carrier. GoatLabels is parcel only, so a shipment that belongs on a pallet needs a freight tool. Retailer compliance labels such as GS1-128 are not produced either.
Every label debits the quoted amount from a prepaid wallet and writes a dated ledger entry with the reference you set, such as the order or PO number. Export the ledger and join it to your BigCommerce order export to get freight cost per company account.
Carrier re-weigh adjustments post to the same ledger as their own lines, so an adjustment sits beside the original label cost. GoatLabels has no sub-accounts or per-customer balances; the reference on each line is how cost is split.
It is the wrong fit if you must ship on your own negotiated carrier contracts, need LTL or freight quotes at checkout, or want an SLA, SSO, or a dedicated account manager. GoatLabels offers none of these.
Stores bound to a retailer routing guide, or that ship hazmat or temperature-controlled goods, should also look elsewhere. Teams that want a BigCommerce B2B shipping app inside the control panel should look at the App Marketplace; GoatLabels runs as its own dashboard connected to the store. GoatLabels suits B2B Edition stores whose orders leave as parcels and whose team wants four carriers quoted without opening carrier accounts.

If the connector is not enough, a small service can read new orders from your store and call the GoatLabels REST API to rate-shop and buy the label. Calls are unlimited on every plan, with live and test keys, Idempotency-Key support, signed replayable webhooks, and rate-limit headers.
