Amazon Business shipping labels for seller-fulfilled orders can be bought in Amazon Buy Shipping or in a multichannel tool. GoatLabels pulls Amazon orders through a native connector, rate-shops USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, and costs $0 on Free or $40 a month on Pro. Check Amazon's current seller policy first: Amazon ties its claims refunds to Buy Shipping.
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL quoted together on each parcel, whether the order came from Amazon, another store, a CSV file, or the API.
Every label debits the quoted amount to a dated ledger entry that carries your order reference, so Amazon and non-Amazon freight sit in one export.
Amazon Buy Shipping is the natural default for seller-fulfilled Amazon orders, and Amazon says it refunds costs for claims when customers report that packages do not arrive. GoatLabels is for teams that ship Amazon Business orders next to other B2B channels and want one queue and one ledger. The table sets those two beside a subscription shipping platform and an enterprise multi-carrier system.

Amazon Business seller-fulfilled shipping works the same way as any other FBM order: you buy Amazon FBM shipping labels in Amazon Buy Shipping, or in a shipping tool connected to your seller account. Amazon states that all Professional sellers can use Amazon Business to list and sell B2B products, with business prices and quantity discounts, so the orders arrive in the account you already run.
What changes with business buyers is the shape of the order. Quantity discounts mean more units, heavier cartons, and often several cartons to one receiving dock. In GoatLabels one order can produce several labels, and each label is its own ledger line carrying the same order reference.
For many sellers, yes. Amazon says that with Buy Shipping it refunds costs for claims when customers report that packages do not arrive, and that is a real reason to keep Amazon orders there. If Amazon is your main channel, Buy Shipping is the simple and safe default.
We do not state how Amazon treats labels bought elsewhere, because that is Amazon's policy to define and it can change. Read the current seller policy in your account before you move any Amazon order off Buy Shipping. You can keep Amazon orders on Buy Shipping and use GoatLabels for every other channel, which is a reasonable split. GoatLabels is an Amazon Buy Shipping alternative for B2B sellers with several channels, not a way around Amazon's policy.
Yes. GoatLabels has a native Amazon connector, one of 13 store connectors, so Amazon orders land in the same queue as orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Walmart, Magento, and the rest. Orders from a system outside those 13, such as an ERP or a sales desk, come in by CSV import or the REST API.
One queue for multichannel B2B shipping labels means the packing bench works one list with one set of carrier choices. Each parcel is quoted on USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL with one all-in number per carrier, and labels can auto-print through PrintNode. There are no sub-accounts or per-client balances, so the queue belongs to one business.
In GoatLabels every label debits the quoted amount from a prepaid wallet and writes a dated ledger entry carrying your order reference. Export the ledger and you have freight cost per order across Amazon and every other channel in one file, ready to join to your sales data.
A carrier re-weigh adjustment posts to the same ledger as its own line, so a heavy bulk order that was under-declared shows up against the right reference. GoatLabels does not write costs into Amazon, an accounting package, or an ERP automatically; finance works from the export or the API.
It is the wrong fit if Amazon is your only channel, because Amazon Buy Shipping already covers those orders and carries Amazon's own claims handling. A second tool adds little when there is no other channel to combine with.
It is also wrong if you need your own negotiated carrier accounts, LTL or pallet freight for large business orders, a contractual SLA, SSO, or phone support. GoatLabels is parcel only, labels are bought on its accounts, and support is email plus the in-app assistant. It does not handle orders fulfilled by Amazon's own warehouses, hazmat, or regulated goods.

The Amazon connector brings marketplace orders in. The REST API covers the channels no connector reaches, with unlimited calls on every plan, live and test keys, Idempotency-Key support, signed replayable webhooks, and rate-limit headers. Connector, dashboard, and API all spend the same prepaid wallet and write to the same ledger.
