Shopify B2B shipping software buys carrier labels for the wholesale orders your company customers place on Shopify. GoatLabels syncs Shopify store orders through its Shopify connector, rate-shops USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL on every carton, and costs $0 on Free or $40 a month flat on Pro. Draft orders need a CSV import, and it is parcel only.
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL quoted side by side on every carton of a Shopify B2B order, from one account.
Each label debits the quoted amount to a dated ledger entry that carries the order or PO reference.
A Shopify wholesale team can buy labels with Shopify Shipping, install a shipping app, run an enterprise multi-carrier system, or sync orders to a label service. GoatLabels is the last kind. The table compares the four routes and states the limits of each, including ours.

Shopify B2B shipping software is a tool that turns wholesale orders from company customers on Shopify into carrier labels, tracking, and a cost record. Shopify's help center says B2B features are included at no extra cost on Basic, Grow, Advanced, and Shopify Plus, with some features exclusive to Advanced or Plus.
So wholesale orders can come from a store on any of those plans, and they tend to be larger, multi-carton, and tied to a purchase order, which is where a consumer label workflow starts to strain. GoatLabels quotes USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL on each parcel of those orders, so B2B on Shopify shipping labels come from four carriers rather than one.
Shopify orders reach GoatLabels through its Shopify connector, one of 13 store connectors, and any B2B order that does not sync can be imported by CSV. Once the store is connected, orders appear ready to rate-shop without retyping addresses. The four carriers come with the GoatLabels account; you cannot add your own carrier accounts.
Each parcel is quoted on USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL with one all-in number per carrier, and you buy the label you prefer. Shopify's documented limit of 500 line items per B2B order does not change how many cartons you ship: one order can produce several labels, each recorded against the same reference.
Draft orders and other orders that have not synced are shipped through a bulk CSV import of up to 500 rows per file. Shopify lets you export a CSV of orders from the Orders page of the admin, and you can build the same kind of file by hand for drafts a sales rep created.
GoatLabels names the row and field of any error, and one bad row does not fail the batch. Put the PO or draft order number in the reference column so the cost of those Shopify wholesale shipping labels can be traced later. Fix the rows it names and import them again in a second file.
Every label is a dated ledger entry that carries your order or PO reference, so cost per wholesale order is a filter on the ledger export. Labels are paid from a prepaid wallet funded by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, or crypto, and carrier re-weigh adjustments post to the same ledger as their own lines.
That is separate from the payment terms you give the buyer in Shopify. GoatLabels does not write freight cost back into Shopify or an accounting system; you export it. Run the export on a regular schedule, monthly for example, and match each line to its order by the reference.
It is the wrong fit if you need your own negotiated UPS or FedEx rates, LTL or pallet freight, or retailer compliance labels such as GS1-128, because GoatLabels offers none of them. It also has no sub-accounts, SSO, SLA, or phone support.
If your wholesale orders mostly leave on pallets, or a retailer's routing guide dictates the carrier account, use a freight tool or an enterprise multi-carrier system. As Shopify wholesale shipping software, GoatLabels fits teams whose orders ship as parcels and who want four carriers quoted with no contract.

A developer can write a small script or middleware service to route approved wholesale orders to the GoatLabels REST API. Calls are unlimited on every plan, with live and test keys, Idempotency-Key support, signed replayable webhooks, and an OpenAPI 3.1 spec.
