WooCommerce wholesale shipping software turns B2B orders from your Woo store into carrier labels and tracks what each one cost. GoatLabels connects to WooCommerce natively, rate-shops USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL on every carton, and costs $0 a month on Free or $40 flat on Pro. It is parcel only and cannot use your own negotiated carrier rates.
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL quoted together on each carton of a WooCommerce wholesale order, from one account with no carrier contracts to set up.
Every label debits the quoted amount to a dated ledger entry that carries your order or PO reference.
Shipping software for WooCommerce wholesale orders usually comes down to WooCommerce Shipping, a separate shipping app, or an enterprise multi-carrier system. GoatLabels is a connected label service: the native WooCommerce connector brings orders in, four carriers are quoted per carton, and a prepaid ledger records the cost. WooCommerce facts below are from WooCommerce documentation, read October 2026.

WooCommerce wholesale shipping software is the tool that takes B2B orders from a WooCommerce store, buys a carrier label for each carton, and returns tracking and cost. Wholesale orders differ from retail ones: they are heavier, often split across several cartons, and tied to a purchase order number the buyer's accounts team expects to see again.
You can run wholesale through an extension such as Wholesale For WooCommerce, which the WooCommerce marketplace describes as a B2B plugin for a hybrid wholesale and retail store. The orders still land in WooCommerce, so WooCommerce B2B shipping software needs to read them there and handle business-sized shipments.
Wholesale orders reach GoatLabels through its native WooCommerce connector, one of 13 store connectors. Connect the store, and orders appear ready to rate and label alongside any other channels you sell on. Nothing needs to be retyped from the order screen.
Two other routes exist for orders that do not fit the sync. A bulk CSV import accepts up to 500 rows per file and names the row and field of any error, and the REST API lets a developer buy WooCommerce B2B shipping labels from a script, for example one triggered by a WooCommerce order webhook.
Yes. One order can produce several labels in GoatLabels, and each label is its own ledger line carrying the same reference. A twelve-carton restock for a retailer therefore produces twelve WooCommerce wholesale shipping labels and twelve dated debits you can total by order or PO number.
Each carton is rate-shopped separately across USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, with one all-in number per carrier. GoatLabels is parcel only, so an order large enough to move on a pallet needs a freight tool; it does not quote or book LTL.
Send a reference with each label, such as the WooCommerce order number, the buyer's PO, or a customer code, and it is stored on the ledger entry for that label. Export the ledger and group by reference to get freight cost per order or per account.
Labels are paid from a prepaid wallet, so the ledger is the record: there is no separate carrier invoice to match at month end. Carrier re-weigh adjustments post to the same ledger as their own lines. GoatLabels does not hold separate balances per customer or sub-account.
It is the wrong fit if you need your own negotiated carrier rates, LTL or freight, retailer compliance labels such as GS1-128, EDI documents, or a contractual SLA. GoatLabels offers none of those, and support is email plus an in-app assistant, with no phone line.
A US store that ships a few simple wholesale parcels and wants everything inside the WordPress admin may be well served by WooCommerce Shipping. WooCommerce wholesale multi-carrier shipping with GoatLabels suits teams that ship cartons across several channels and want one ledger for all of them.

WooCommerce can send a webhook when an order is added or edited. A small script can take that event and call the GoatLabels REST API to rate-shop and buy the label, with unlimited calls on every plan, live and test keys, Idempotency-Key support, and signed replayable webhooks. The dashboard and the API spend the same prepaid wallet.
