B2B shipping software for the parcel side of wholesale

Four carriers per carton. No contract.

B2B shipping software turns orders from ERPs, B2B portals, and emailed purchase orders into carrier labels. GoatLabels handles the parcel side: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL rate-shopped per carton, bulk CSV and a REST API for intake, a prepaid wallet ledger, and plans at $0 or $40 a month flat. It does not book LTL freight.

B2B shipping software, compared

How does GoatLabels compare with other B2B shipping software?

GoatLabels is the parcel-only, contract-free option: four carriers from one account, a flat Pro plan, and an API on every plan, but no LTL and no bring-your-own carrier accounts. Subscription platforms and parcel-plus-LTL suites trade those the other way. The table sets the differences side by side.

What does B2B shipping need that direct-to-consumer shipping does not?

B2B shipping needs intake from business systems, per-carton rate choice, and a cost record you can attribute to each customer account. Orders arrive as ERP exports, portal orders, and emailed purchase orders rather than as checkout events, and one order often leaves as several cartons to a receiving dock.

GoatLabels covers those three needs on the parcel side. Bulk CSV import takes up to 500 rows per file and names the row and field of any error, and one bad row does not fail the batch. Thirteen store connectors (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Etsy, Walmart, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, Square, Magento, Temu) feed the same queue, and the REST API takes orders from your own system.

Which carriers does GoatLabels rate-shop for B2B parcels?

GoatLabels rate-shops USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL on every parcel from one account, and shows one all-in number per carrier, plus an international network. Parcels ship from US and Singapore origins, and DDP or DDU can be set through the API for cross-border shipments.

The quoted number is the amount the wallet is debited. There is no separate carrier invoice to reconcile at month end, and re-weigh adjustments are recorded in the same ledger.

How do I track shipping cost per customer account?

Put the customer account in the label reference, then filter the wallet ledger export by that reference. Every label debits the quoted amount to a dated ledger entry that carries your reference, so per-account cost is a filtered export rather than an invoice audit.

GoatLabels does not have sub-accounts or per-client separation. If your finance team needs separate balances or separate logins per customer, that is a reason to look elsewhere, and this page says so plainly.

Can I use my own UPS or FedEx account with negotiated rates?

No. GoatLabels buys labels on its own carrier accounts and does not import negotiated rate cards, so there is no carrier contract for you to negotiate or renew.

If you already hold negotiated rates that beat the side-by-side quotes, stay with them. The honest test is to run last month's shipments through the quotes and compare line by line, which is what the shipping review below is for.

When is GoatLabels the wrong B2B shipping software?

GoatLabels is the wrong choice if you need LTL or freight booking, enterprise SSO, contractual SLAs, sub-accounts, a dedicated account manager, or a volume-negotiated contract, because it offers none of them. It is also the wrong choice if your lanes need carriers beyond USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and its international network.

Support is by email and the in-app assistant, with no phone line. Teams that need pallets and parcels in one ERP-native system usually shop parcel-plus-LTL suites; GoatLabels suits teams whose B2B volume leaves as parcels and who want to pay for labels rather than a tier.

Public API v1

An ERP or OMS that buys its own labels.

Your order system already knows the account, the cartons, and the weights. The REST API lets it rate-shop and buy the label at release time, with unlimited calls on every plan, live and test keys, Idempotency-Key support, signed replayable webhooks, and rate-limit headers. The dashboard and the API spend the same prepaid wallet.

B2B shipping software: FAQ

What is B2B shipping software?
B2B shipping software turns business orders from ERPs, B2B portals, and emailed purchase orders into carrier labels, usually with bulk intake, multi-carrier rate shopping, and cost tracking per customer account. Some suites also book LTL freight; GoatLabels handles the parcel side only.
How much does GoatLabels cost for a B2B team?
The Free plan is $0 a month with 50 shipments a month. Pro is $40 a month flat with unlimited shipments and cheaper label rates. Labels are paid from a prepaid wallet by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, or crypto, and there is no contract.
Does GoatLabels integrate with my ERP?
Not with a native ERP connector. Export open orders from the ERP as a CSV and bulk-import up to 500 rows at a time, or have the ERP call the REST API, which has unlimited calls on every plan, test keys, Idempotency-Key support, and signed webhooks.
Does GoatLabels ship pallets or LTL freight?
No. GoatLabels is parcel only, rate-shopping USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Keep your freight tool for pallets; the parcel cartons from the same order can still run through GoatLabels.
Does GoatLabels offer SSO, SLAs, or sub-accounts for enterprise teams?
No. GoatLabels does not offer enterprise SSO, contractual SLAs, sub-accounts, dedicated account managers, or volume-negotiated contracts. Every ledger entry carries your reference, so cost per customer account is a filtered export.
Can I talk to someone before switching?
Yes. Email contact@goatlabels.io with your monthly volume and, if you have it, last month's shipment export. We price those parcels across USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL on your lanes and show you the wallet, CSV import, and API. There is nothing to sign.
